Letters are posted into the letterboxes in the common room. You should have been provided with a post box key on arrival, if you do not have a post box key then please inform reception.
All parcels are delivered to reception and once the parcel has been processed, we will send you an email letting you know that the parcel is ready to collect. You can collect your parcel on weekdays between 1pm and 5pm - please bring ID with you so we know it's you!
