Heating can be controlled by residents by following the steps below.
There is a control knob at the bottom corner of every radiator; turn this to adjust the room temperature. If you would like to turn the heating off you will need to turn the knob on each radiator to zero.
If you are still experiencing issues, then please submit a maintenance ticket and a member of the team will visit to investigate further.
Please note that The Pinnacles does not have air conditioning We recommend that all residents turn their heating down/off during the summer months, and open windows to help ventilate the apartment.
Please leave sufficient time for the temperature to cool/heat up after you have chosen your desired settings.
