We're sorry to hear that you are struggling to settle into your flat.
Living in university halls can be a stressful transition as you will be moving in with people from different backgrounds and cultures who may do things differently to you. We would always advise giving it a few weeks and having open and constructive conversations with your flatmates.
If that doesn't work then please speak with your accommodation team. We can help to mediate the meetings between you and your flatmates with the aim of resolving the issues.
If this doesn't work then we can look to move you into another flat but this is all dependable on availability. Please note that all room moves are subject to a £30.00 room move fee and are dependent on availability.
