Exciting news! Summer bookings are now open and you can choose to extend your stay with us or book storage for the Summer period.

Summer Extensions

• Extensions are available to all residents whether you’ve rebooked for next year or not. 
• Extensions of less than 4 weeks are priced at £99 per week.
• Extensions over of 4 weeks or more are priced at £95 per week.
• For example, if your contract ends on 13/07/2024, you have rebooked and your new contract starts on 07/09/2024, you can extend for 8 weeks at £95 per week, totalling £760 for the summer.   
• If you are not rebooking for the next academic year,  please note you may not extend beyond 24/08/2024.
• You may be asked to move to a different apartment during the summer, this allows our team to prepare apartments for the new intake of residents.
• A member of our team will contact you via telephone and email when your new room is ready, and you must move within the specified timeframe. 
• The site team cannot move your belongings on your behalf, you must make arrangements to return to site or have someone move belongings for you. 

To book a Summer Stay, give us a call on 0114 275 4659 or visit the accommodation office to discuss your options. You will then be issued with a contract to complete and return to us to complete your booking.

Important information 

• Due to the sale and transfer to Home For Students, residents must return their signed contracts no later than 2^nd May. 
• From 3^rd May, we will operate under Homes For Students, and instructions on how to extend using the new booking system will be emailed to all residents.
