We try to place our residents in flats with people on similar courses and interests, where we can, however we understand that sometimes things may not work out, or you may make friends in a different flat.
If you feel you would be happy in a different flat, we will offer a room move with no questions asked. It takes around 48 hours to complete the room move process, and you will just need to pay a £30 admin fee to move to a different room.
Once you have moved to your new room, we will keep in touch to make sure that you are settling in to your new room okay.
