We work hard to ensure that all our rooms are maintained to the best possible standard, however if something does not look quite right when you move in, or if you have any worries at all, please let us know so that we can resolve this for you. The quickest way to do this is to report this on our support portal, although you can let a member of staff know too, on moving in weekend. 

The most important thing for all of us is that you are as comfortable as possible whilst you are with us, so please do not feel worried about speaking to us, we will do everything we can to try to resolve your worries. 

You will be required to complete an inventory form when you move into your accommodation so that we are notified of any existing issues with your room.

During your stay, you can log all maintenance issues from the comfort of your own room using our DIGS Support Portal. Simply log a ticket and our maintenance team will respond as soon as possible.
