If you do decide to request to cancel your accommodation with us please email us at [email protected].uk Unfortunately, once you have moved in, by the contract you are not able to cancel your accommodation agreement, unless you find a replacement tenant to take over your room. If you are not able to find a replacement tenant then you will need to continue to make the payments for the room. Please see below our cancellation policy for further information. 


Once you have emailed us we will offer you advice and support following your request and we will pass your request to management for review
