Our support portal is our platform for letting us know all of your questions or issues, no matter how big or small. This portal is monitored 24 hours a day, so there will always be someone awake when you are, to answer your query. We would ask that you use this rather than Facebook messages or posts, or emails, for any urgent queries or maintenance requests so that we can get to you as quickly as possible. You can also use this platform to let us know if you are finding things difficult, whatever the reason. 


Once you have submitted the ticket, this will come through to us, and be assigned to the relevant member of staff who will get back in touch with you. We will always reply with our name, so you will know who you are talking to. 


You can raise a ticket by clicking here and clicking the + button at the top of the screen. You then need to enter your name, email address, where you live, and information about the issue, and click submit. You will then get updates and communications to your email address to let you know what we are doing to help.
