If you forget your key and lock yourself out, please don't panic, just head to reception and let them know. If reception is closed, please call 0114 2754659 and someone will support you.
A replacement fob costs £4.50, apartment/bedroom key £15 and post key £5. They will be charged and payable at the time of key issue.
