Your accommodation remains open and we are still here to provide support whenever you need it. Most services remain unaffected, although there are a few changes listed below: 

Reception – our reception and night team will continue to operate a 24/7 service. You are more than welcome to pop down to say hello, to collect parcels, or for any other queries. Pat, our Welfare Officer is still on site every weekday if you need a socially distanced chat. 

Self-isolation – please continue to get in touch with us by raising a ticket on the DIGS Support Portal if you need to self-isolate so that we can support you with the necessary services.  

Bus service – the bus service continues to run on the vacation service and we are continually reviewing this in line with government guidance and demand. Please check your app for the vacation bus times. 

On-site shop – the shop will continue to open from 11am until 5pm every day. Please ensure that you wear a face covering whilst using this service, unless you are medically exempt.

Laundrette – our laundry service is open as normal.

Maintenance – our maintenance team are still on-site dealing with requests, so please raise a ticket on the DIGS Support Portal if you are experiencing any issues. The team are working with extra safety precautions to ensure that everyone is kept safe. 

Gym – the gym will be open as of 12th April in line with government guidelines. You must only use this space alone of with your household. The gym is bio fogged but we ask that you wipe down the machines before and after use.

The Venue – we are continuing to offer a takeaway service from The Venue. You can order Thursday to Sunday at The Venue will reopen for outdoor dining from Thursday 15th April. Book your table here -

Events – great news! We can now host outdoor events such as Football again! Keep your eyes peeled for our latest events calendar in your inbox soon and displayed around site. The events will also be shared in our resident Facebook Group so make sure you’ve joined us
