If you are currently self isolating and need assistance or if you want to let us know that you need to self isolate, please raise a ticket on the support portal so that we can pick this up for you and assist you. We prefer this to you sending us an email as we will be able to deal with your request and communicate you more efficiently.
You can raise a ticket for support while you are isolating by following the steps below:
- Visit http://support.digstudent.co.uk/support/home
- Click + New Support Ticket
- Enter your details
- Select type as 'covid19' and let us know what you need help with
- The team will be in touch as soon as they can
