If you have been contacted by NHS Test and Trace, you will need to self-isolate. Please contact us by raising a ticket at http://support.digstudent.co.uk/support/home so that we are aware and can support you during your self-isolation - please include how many days the app has told you, you must isolate for. You can use the shared areas within your flat but please try to use these spaces when no one else is present to avoid face to face contact. You will also need to thoroughly sanitise the areas after use. We would recommend that you create a flat group chat to help organise this.  

You do not need to arrange a test yourself unless you are experiencing symptoms. 

Finally, try not to worry as you may not contract the virus. You have been asked to self-isolate as a precaution to help reduce the spread. If you do feel anxious during the self-isolation period, then please get in touch so that we can signpost you to the necessary support services.
