According to medical experts, social distancing is deliberately increasing the physical space between people to avoid spreading illness. Staying at least 2 metres away from other people reduces your chance of catching COVID-19. Examples include avoiding mass gatherings, working from home if possible, visiting loved ones electronically instead of in person and cancelling or postponing conferences or large events or meetings.

We should all be practising social distancing, and therefore we recommend that you stop house parties and gatherings at reception both during the day and out of normal office hours.
