However, there are instances when things might not be working right, or when a light bulb needs changing for example. Our online maintenance portal allows you to report any problems from the comfort of your room. 


To raise a ticket an issue on our support portal, simply follow the steps below:

    Visit support.digstudent.co.uk/support/home

    Click new support ticket in the top right corner

    Tell us where you live and your issue – upload a photo if you like

    Click submit


Your on-site maintenance team will then attend to your issue as quickly as possible. You will be kept up to date with the progress of your job and if the team need any more information, then they will let you know. 

In case of an emergency such as a flood or power cut, please call 01484 270145. 


You can also access the online portal by visiting reception and using our tablets.
