We have an onsite gym, equipped with state of the art machines for all your fitness needs.
Gym membership is free for all students staying with DIGS, you will need to complete a gym induction with the personal trainer before we are able to allow you full access to the gym.
Once you have completed the induction, you will have your access fob activated, so you will be able to work out at any time between 6am - 12 midnight.
The gym is unmanned however if you are not sure how to use the equipment or want to have targeted fitness sessions, please feel free to book a session with our free personal trainer, he will be on site at 4.30pm every Wednesday and Friday. These sessions are booked via the personal trainer’s Facebook page (Kieran DIGS).
If you are interested in more organised fitness sessions keep an eye out on your monthly events calendar, we have a range of weekly events from walking and zumba to bootcamp and football. Some of these sessions may be run in The Venue, so please check your events calendar for details, if you are not sure where to go please just ask us!
You will be able to collect stamps for each fitness class you attend, attend 30 or more classes throughout the year and you will be able to attend Tough Mudder with us for free!
Any faults with gym equipment should be reported on the DIGS Support Portal to allow us to repair them.
