Our support portal support.digstudent.co.uk is designed for you to let us know all of your questions and issues. The portal is monitored 24hrs a day so there will also be someone available to help. Please use this method instead of Facebook, email, etc as we cannot promise that they will be picked up outside of office hours.


When visiting the support portal, click ‘new ticket’ in the top right corner and follow the required steps below: 


  • Visit http://support.digstudent.co.uk/support/home
  • Click new support ticket in the top right corner
  • Tell us where you live and your issue, upload a photo if you like
  • Hit Submit
  • Your onsite maintenance team will then attend to your issue as quickly as possible
  • Keep up to date with the progress of your job online. If the team need any more
    information they will let you know on here too.
