The accommodation team will conduct three inspections throughout the academic year, these will be during Christmas, Easter and at the end of your tenancy. You will be given notice closer to the time of the exact dates and times.
Please note that if the accommodation team suspect there is an issue with your apartment or bedroom then they reserve the right to visit you without any notice.
